Real Estate Developer

I grew up in Hollywood, where my parents instilled in me a steadfast work ethic that shaped the foundation of who I am today. Even as a child, I was captivated by the diversity of housing in my community- enchanting storybook homes that looked like they belonged in fairy tales, juxtaposed against neglected apartments in desperate need of care. These stark contrasts sparked my fascination with real estate development and ignited my passion for making a difference.

To me, the homes in my community were more than just structures, they were living testaments to the history of the 1920s, when architectural brilliance blossomed alongside Hollywood’s golden age. Today, these same homes shelter blue-collar families pursuing their version of the American Dream. It’s this rich tapestry of history, resilience, and hope that drives me to champion housing for all.

My passion for real estate development has fueled a long career filled with diverse and hands on experiences. I’ve served as an Owner’s Representative for a global real estate developer, overseen multi-million-dollar assets as an Asset Manager, and worked as a lender for the creation of multifamily developments. Through my work, I’ve partnered with AIA award winning architects, top-tier general contractors, and secured financing from convention and private lenders, and CDFIs. My collaborations span for-profit and non-profit organizations, local, state and federal agencies, all united by a common goal: bringing housing to communities across the U.S.

Now, I want to share my passion with you. By empowering you with Real Estate Development knowledge, you too can build communities that thrive and create lasting change.

Investor

Like many of you, I dedicated myself to my career, focusing on the needs of the businesses I have supported. I often accepted whatever limited investment funds the organization provided, overlooking the opportunity cost of being an uninformed investor. Deep down, I always sensed there was a better way- perhaps a lingering echo from my past, when, at just ten years old, I eagerly devoured Wall Street pamphlets and my one banking book. That passion lay dormant until my incredible friend, Chloe Lin (also known as the Arigato Investor), reignited my desire to master the art of investing. My pursuit of financial freedom - for my family, my friends and myself - is unstoppable.

Fast forward a few years, and my journey of financial education continues. As a graduate student in Investment Management & Financial Analysis, I am deepening my understanding of markets and wealth creation. I have had the privilege of listening to Warren Buffet, the legendary “Sage of Omaha,” share his timeless investment wisdom. Along the way, I have been empowered by the insights of some of the most accomplished legendary investors, thought leaders in the industry and brilliant authors:
